Why Craft Beer?
As your local downtown Bethlehem tavern, we are dedicated to selecting high quality craft beers to sell to our patrons. Unlike macro beers which sometimes use additives such as corn syrup, caramel coloring, and propylene glycol alginate, most craft beers aim to use fresh, local ingredients. Craft beer also takes the cake for variety and creativity. There is more selection, more styles, and more love that goes into creating crafts beers.
Now, there's nothing wrong with domestic brands, we love them too, we just think you might want to try something new and exciting every-once-in-a-while!
